Condsider These Before Joining a Network Marketing Company!

I wanted to share some questions you should ask yourself before joining a network marketing company. There are a lot of people joining network marketing, some in smart companies and some in not so smart companies. So if you are looking into a company right  now then you need to consider these things before you join!

1) IS THE COMPENSATION PLAN STRONG? Most have abandoned the old school way of binary comp plans, you know, ones where you only get paid off a lesser leg and even if you brought in a hitter, it wouldn't matter if they were not on your right leg. (who wants that headache)

2) DOES YOUR PRODUCT HAVE A LOT OF COMPETITION?
Is this a product you will constantly be defending on why it is more magical and better than its grocery store counterpart or all the other MLM's that have a very similar product?

3) IS IT IN A HIGHLY REGULATED INDUSTRY? There is yet another brand new wave of cellphone MLM's, even though throughout history they have NEVER done what they said they would do. They always promise Free service or at least a lower bill...that is, after you pay the fee to change your service and then of course, go with a lesser carrier with terrible coverage (Yes, I know this happened years ago, and trust me, there are brand new ones saying the same thing now, just ask them when they will have AT&T...NEXT MONTH!) LOL

4) IS THE TIMING RIGHT? I can tell you, Americans and people around the world are NOT interested in buying overpriced consumables right now. They are certainly interested in making money and saving money.

5) IS THE PRODUCT IN AN INDUSTRY THAT'S CONSTANTLY CHANGING? This is the number one reason why you shouldn't join technology MLM's.

On a Tight Budget?

BUILDING ON A BUDGET

Every day I connect with dozens of network marketers online,
most of them still struggling to achieve the success they
desire.

And you know one of the biggest questions I get asked
all the time goes something like this:

"I'm trying to get my business off the ground, but I'm on
a very limited budget. I need to make money
fast. What are the best low cost marketing strategies!?"

And you know what, that is a real good question.

If you are on a limited budget, you will have to approach
your business from a slightly different perspective...but
its very doable.

One of the worst things you could do is go out and spend
every last dollar you have on buying leads, PPC campaigns,
postcards, banners, or co-ops.

And yet, that's what many business owners do.

Makes no sense.

You see... spending your last dime on advertising campaigns
is the biggest mistake you could make. Why?

Because if you spend your $500 on leads, PPC, fliers,
business cards, or a postcard campaign, you might get a few
prospects, but if you don't sponsor any of them, you're
back to square one. There's no way to LEVERAGE the results.

Once you've called through your leads, it's game over!
You need more leads!

And now you're forced to spend more money to keep this
endless cycle going. It's like trying to build a business
"from pay-check to pay-check", and very few will ever
come out ahead before they're financially forced to call
it quits.

So what should you do?

What you want to do is invest your funds into
"high leverage" skills and simple activities, which you
can use over and over again to quickly and easily produce
more leads any time you want... for FREE.

And that's become very easy to do thanks to some BIG
changes which have taken place in the online world recently...

If you were going to market online in the past, you had to
be a certified search engine expert, or a wizard at
pay-per-click with deep pockets full of cash in order to
get enough traffic.

Well thanks to new Web 2.0 sites we have today like MySpace,
FaceBook, YouTube, CraigsList, and Ebay, you don't have to
spend big bucks, to tap into this massive flood of FREE traffic...

http://networkmarketingstrugglesresolved.com/goto/buildingonabudget/18

I mean why pay for leads and advertising when you can get
them for free!?

And the best part is that you don't even need to be a computer
expert to start using these simple tactics TODAY...

I wanted to recommend to you today some incredible training
by one of my favorite mentors. This training has personally
helped me leverage some simple skills and build a thriving
business on a tight budget.

There is NO Excuse When it is this EASY to Get Traffic

Today's Marketing Tip:

Okay today's strategy has to be one of the easiest ones,
perfect for newbies and those with little technical skills.

I think most people are aware of the hundreds of FREE
CLASSIFIED
ad websites on the internet.

Many network marketers start out by posting FREE CLASSIFIED
ads on many of these sites.

Some have gone on to really master this technique and
can generate THOUSANDS of dollars in income just by placing
simple FREE Classified ads online.

DO NOT ignore this simple strategy.

YOU WILL get results BUT you MUST be consistent.

THE SECRET again is MASSIVE ACTION!!

Don't just put out 10 ads and expect any results.

You need to have a plan to post 10, 20, 50 ads every day
on multiple sites on a consistent basis. This shouldn't
take more than 30-60 minutes each day.

You also need to focus on only the most popular, highly-
trafficked websites with your TARGET MARKET.

We've put together some of the top Classified Sites for
you to use in your training center...Enjoy,

Get Free Access Here: http://networkmarketingstrugglesresolved.com

Take MASSIVE ACTION my friend!

There's really no excuses when its this easy!

More Blogging Tips!!!

P.S. Russ, I saw your comment. Glad it was helpful. Connect with me on facebook and we can talk more about helping you with your business and blogging. http://www.facebook.com/jessmoffitt

Why Network Marketing will ALWAYS Work!!

Some people truly believe that network marketing really doesn’t work. To put it lightly, they’re WRONG. I am going to take the next couple of minutes to explain to you why network marketing will always work so that the next time anyone takes the time to try to tell you that network marketing doesn’t work you explain to them how misinformed they really are.

Here is reason why Network Marketing will ALWAYS work:

Even in a strong economy people will ALWAYS need
additional income:

The real truth is most people live pay check to pay check. They
aren’t able to buy the nice things that they want for
themselves and their families. There is and will always be a
increasing DEMAND for more money. Network marketing is a
simple, part time and low risk way for full time workers to
fill this need. To put it simply, as long as people need
money network marketing will ALWAYS be there to fill that
need.

People will ALWAYS want freedom from jobs they don’t enjoy:

Despite what you might think, there are people out there that
really don’t enjoy their job. They go to work because they
have to and not because they want to. Network marketing
offers a promise of true financial freedom. The ability to
leave the 9 to 5 working corporate world. This freedom will ALWAYS be
to tempting to let pass up.

People will ALWAYS want more free time to do with as they
please:

Did you know in a past poll conducted by Money magazine that
64% of American men and 68% of American women polled said
that if they had a choice between more money and more time
off they would choose the time? People cherish their free
time. Network marketing offers the promise of working from
home and making your own hours. Again, the opportunity to
create free time will ALWAYS attract people to network
marketing.

Conclusion:

As long as people crave time, money and freedom network
marketing will ALWAYS work and exist.

The next time that anyone tries to tell you that network
marketing doesn’t work you know that they couldn’t be more
wrong.

All you have to is ask your accuser 1 of 3 questions:

Do you want more money?
Do you want freedom from your job?
Do you want more time?

I guarantee they will answer yes to one of these questions.
When they do they will have proved exactly why network
marketing will always work!

Prayer

"The men of olden times who wrought well in prayer, who brought the largest things to pass, who moved God to do great things, were those who were entirely given over to God in their praying."

" 'Tis not enough to bend the knee,
And words of prayer to say;
The heart must with the lips agree,
Or else we do not pray."

Drudgery Days

I read this today in one of my devotional books. I hope that you all enjoy it!

Galatians 6:9
“And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.”

Drudery days. We all have those days when work seems so dull, we wonder if we really like our jobs anymore and why we got into them. Is it all a big mistake? Or has God suddenly changed His mind about where our futures are headed?

When life has just seemed to lose its zip, it’s time to take a look at where you are. Is it the dull winter weather that’s making you feel bored? Is it a lack of challenge on this job? Do you need to take more time away from work, perhaps going on a vacation or taking a day off? Lots of things contribute to our drudgery days.

But one thing we cannot stop doing – we cannot stop doing good in Jesus’ name, on the job and off. No matter what the cause of our situation, He will help us find a way out – one that will not leave us feeling bored and useless.

When we stick with it, we will reap an unexpected harvest. God has promised it.

A Little About Leaders and Leadership

Just wanted to share a few thoughts I found about leaders and leadership.

• Leaders may be born, but leadership is made.
• Leadership requires humility and an exceptional ability to listen for the needs of others. A sense of gratitude and patience are also paramount: success takes time.
• Leadership involves love and a willingness to place others first. Respecting others and welcoming different opinions will give a leader the opportunity to serve a larger audience.
• Leadership demands action with unbridled determination. Passionate pursuit of the task at hand is critical.
• Leaders stay awake late at night (or all night!) and arise with a desire to continue the journey.
• Leadership is accompanied by discipline and the ability to persevere in all circumstances.
• Leaders consistently turn negative results or situations into positive opportunities.
• Leaders are born every day - but many leaders also die every day due to weak vision - and their dreams and aspirations pass away right along with them.
• A clear vision of what a leader seeks to accomplish obliterates any and all obstacles that may appear. A clear and compelling vision attracts followers to pick up the cause.
• A clear vision makes the leader.

Are you a leader? What's your vision?

Two Types of People

Two Types of People:

We have all seen them around us through our life, and you will recognize them in everything that they do.

1. The person who will plug along through life, living from pay-check to pay-check...paying their bills and working to make someone else rich. Somewhere along the way they will try various ventures, but will likely not ever do anything with them other than to let them set around the house...gathering dust.

2. The other type of individual will find a way to improve their life, and the life of their family...always looking for better things every day.

The difference here is not so much what the product was, but rather the persons way in which they tackle every opportunity in their life, face the fears and move ahead. I suppose that the moral here is that... if you purchase a program, such as the one from my web-site below, and simply place it in your desk drawer to be forgotten...guess what? It will not work.

Don't Quit

When things go wrong as they sometimes will;
When the road you're trudging seems all uphill;
When the funds are low, and the debts are high
And you want to smile, but have to sigh;
When care is pressing you down a bit-
Rest if you must, but do not quit.
Success is failure turned inside out;
The silver tint of the clouds of doubt;
And you can never tell how close you are
It may be near when it seems so far;
So stick to the fight when you're hardest hit-
It's when things go wrong that you must not quit.

Great Motivational Video

Willing to Win - Finale

10. THERE IS NOTHING IN LIFE BUT CHOICES: Virtually all of your problems can be solved just by doing something. There is only one thing in life that we don't have a choice about and that is making choices. We make decisions every single day of our life. If we try to stumble through life without making choices, then someone else is going to do it for us...it's important that we make our own choices in life.

Choose what you want out of life, set your goals and be committed to mastering what ever your choice may be. Become a master of what ever it is that you love to do and then do it better, and do it better than anyone else. Everything that we do in life will require that we know what it is that we are doing. Happiness to me is, loving what I do and having someone to pay me to do it...love what you do and accept nothing less.

If you love what you do, you will never work another day in your life...you will enjoy being where you are, and view Monday's as if they were Friday's and actually enjoy going to the office, work or what ever it is that you do.
No one can do for you what you can do for yourself and it is up to each of us to take our life in our hands, accept responsibility for our own actions and learn from what we've done in the past. After doing a self check into our own feelings, deeds, thoughts and our relationships to others and taking note of the positive aspects and the negative side, then we can move forward to some much brighter and happier days ahead.

Throughout our life, we must never allow emotions…fear, negative thinking and panic to get in our way. In our first publication (years ago) we wrote an entire section on how the emotional aspect of life controls how we react to outside forces, and this needs to be remembered when we let days of despair creep into our minds. If you have the original book, then please read it once again and pay attention to what it says about excess emotional baggage in life and how we carry it forward on our foreheads, like some coat of armor to be proud of.

This is why so many people are extremely successful when they follow a solid set of rules, and then lose the kitchen sink when they reach their self-destruct point. They forget what got them to the successful point in their life and let many of the factors that kept them down at one point, creep back into their minds…they lose the fast track to success and fall victim to their own set of failure baggage.

We are all on a great journey in life, and I would hope that we all will arrive at the same location together...although, this is not likely as we will always loose some folks along the way, because of various reasons and circumstances...some we cannot help as in illness or the moving on to a greater and happier place, without taxes, bills and Government meddlers. But, nothing short of death, will keep me from getting where I want to be.

I have said to everyone over the last few years, that it is far easier to get rich a little bit at a time rather than trying to get it all at once. This is not the lottery system and the odds are by far, a great deal easier here than playing the lottery.

I wish everyone would stand back take a few deep gulps of air, take inventory of where you are, where you want to be and then decide to either take the giant step to get there and then, do what ever needs to be done to do it...and then do it.

But please, no excuses, no detours and no playing the 'poor me' game along the way...we are either going to be successful at what we choose to do, or we will be off looking for some other 'get rich' program that looks good on paper but SADLY, never works well in the real world. You've seen them and I know many folks, who have tried them only to learn that...the only people that made the money was the guy who sold it to you.

I do wish you my very best and I will continue to help in any way possible, but I can't force you along the way, and neither can anyone else. The help is there, but it is up to you to step up, and take advantage of the aid offered, in order to further your learning curve. I do not let anything stop me from doing what I feel will give me and my family a comfortable life in the future.

Contact me (personally) when ever the need comes up where you may need a 'Hand Slap' or a 'kick start' to get you motivated again...outside of this, I just don't know what else I can do to get you where you wish to be. When I started, there was NO ONE around that I could turn to for help...those with the needed information were only interested in selling educational material, they didn't want to give me the time of day...I learned the hard way through many ups and downs...and for your own sake, I hope you will avoid that frustration. Life is difficult enough, without folks going into a self destruction mode with no apparent reason, other than giving themselves permission to only succeed to a certain point and no further…this thinking has simply escaped me my whole life, and I will never understand this type of thinking or approach to learning anything new.

Keep Going!

You have to keep plugging away. We are all growing. There is no shortcut. You have to put time into it to build an audience.
